To complete its range of services, BWF Envirotec also offers all needle felts as ready-made filter media. The delivery programme ranges from filter cloths for solid-/ liquid filtration to pleated filter elements, filter pockets and filter bags for dry filtration.

In the manufacturing process, BWF Envirotec attaches great importance to obtain the highest product quality. Only exclusively selected and  long-standing bagmakers assemble the needle felt. Depending on fibre type and application, you may choose between a  welded or a sewn seam.

Ready-made filter media from BWF Envirotec can be supplied  for all established cleaning systems, such as, for example, Jet Pulse, Reverse Air and Intermittent Shakers. They achieve  long service lives and attain dust emissions often well below the legally required limits.
