BWF Profiles has its own tool shop, equipped with up-to-date CAD/CAM-technology to enable a fast and economical realisation of all kinds of profile shapes.

The CAD system in the design department is connected online with the tool making department, the data of your profile is transmitted directly via the computer network.

The extrusion tool is constructed with the CAM system. A postprocessor creates the CNC programmes which are transferred to the CNC milling and wire eroding machines – quick, safe and precise.
